At Xtrema, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted ceramic cookware and offer a 40-day trial period to ensure it meets your culinary needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Xtrema packaging, ensuring all pieces are securely padded to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
